Check in was easy but there was dirt on the floor in our room, marks on the walls from water dripping down the walls, mold in our sink that made the sink smell like a sewer, and property management was very delayed at responding to concerns. In addition, we were told our room had a “cooling system” but the system only cooled the room from 25 C to 24 C within 36 hours with the system running continuously. There are laundry services on the property that you must pay for but the property would not allow short term guests to use the laundry services, despite the guest needing to pay to do laundry.

Clean room, helpful to have luggage room to store your bags prior to you checking in. Air con could have been better but overall had everything you needed!

great place, nice stay for 1 night. could be cleaner, there was a dead fly on the shower wall and hair everywhere.

While the room was considered well equipped, there were essential items missing in the room as a hotel rental. There were NO face cloths, no shelves or hooks in the bathroom. There were only 2 cloth hangers. No cleaning or replacing towels for a 4 day stay (even it is what was advertised). Why can't short term stay like us use the laundry machines while long term (29 days+) can. The location is excellent, very convenient. If these shortcomings are still there, I may not book this hotel again.
