We always stay at this hotel in Hangzhou as it has good western breakfast and the hotel keeps up to date and well priced. Very well located in the shopping area of Hangzhou and in front of a metro station.

We stayed here during the Labour day holiday and we enjoyed it. Food is good, staff is very-friendly and helpful.
We would stay here again if there is chance!

Business district location makes it fairly quiet. Overall, this is a typical business hotel with rooms that suit that role. Buffet breakfast which is included in most packages is quite impressive with a large selection of different foods- would recommend this as there is not much food options nearby. MRT station is right next to this hotel so it's easy to get around though there isn't many areas to sight see nearby.
Some comments for improvement would be :
1. Carpets- there is a damp smell and in some parts cigarette smoke smell.
2. Venting- I believe there are some hotel patrons who smoke in their rooms but this somehow leeches into other rooms which makes it a bit annoying

Great location, walking distance from many shopping malls, restaurants and Hangzhou mass transportation system.
Always clean and well maintain instalations.
