とても良い家族と滞在
We received a very good customer service from the front counter Carl Yuen.
He remembers us after checking us in, he is really friendly, helpful and very attentive.
On the amenities, is a little disappointed.
We stay there for 2 night and we didn’t have any shower cap, razor, hand lotion and cotton swab. These are the necessities which we use daily.

Comfortable and large room. But take note there is a charge for use of disposable amenities like toothbrush and even hand soap (apparently a city council initiative). Nice view and location.

fantastic hotel. great location. my only complaint is they must have some mattress protector on the beds, they don't breathe well so i'm sweating at night. walking distance to the mall is also great.
and you get get a several mile walk in next to the river. very scenic and the boardwalk is right across from the hotel. highly recommended to take a walk at night.

Location is excellent to have a walk along Qiantang river.

最高 The Staff is very kind and good English speaking.
The room is cozy and clean.
The breakfast restaurant's food are good enough for the foreigners and staffs is very nice and friendly.
I appreciate this restaurant staff's service.
