The shower leaked a bit when the showerhead was pushed to the side and there was no ventilation inside the shower. Other than that it was perfectly fine

良い Confusion in the booking process, the TV (Google) not working and a leaky tap were annoying. Otherwise, the Alpenhorn is comfortable enough without any frills.

No-one in reception.Key in envelope stuck on board outside of door. Room smelt of mould and cigarette smoke! Rice and crumbs on carpet!! Unable to stay due to smell.. Found other accommodation ( at my expense)

It was an absolute disgrace. Dirty greasy plates light gave me an electrical zap and didn’t work and the most important part the tv didn’t work. Overall I would not recommend.
