Good location

The reception was not bad, Noisy in room, After all it's okay.

The rooms need more outlets and some night lamps would be appreciated.

overall very good experience. room with ocean view was great. front desk was helpful and amiable. couple of cons were convenience store not fully opened and room had one room with one bed and 2 had to sleep by the kitchen and couch area .... would have been nice if there was another bedroom.

The staff didn't speak English. There was a mistake with my reservation and the photos provided on the website didn't match what was available. The bath towels are size of a hand towel ... not fit for foreigners. I purchased the ferry tickets and specifically asked if dinner was served. The front desk clerk said yes; however, dinners are only served on Fridays and Saturdays and the reservation must be made 24 hours in advance. I would NEVER go back to this hotel.

Reserved two rooms for family visit to Busan. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall it was adequate and would recommend to others. Only complaint I have is the location. The hotel/resort includes Haeundae in their name but the location of the hotel is about mile away from the beach. It took us about 15 minutes of walking to the beach.

But, their free wifi is very very slow and quiet often cut offed all the time. Then I used my mobile data, your resort is bery good. But, you need to upgrade for the speed and the stable wifi. You better to notice for more options. And, no one changed towels everyday, then I requested to change the towels.

Nice view and location but noisy (at that time I stayed). The bathroom and room needed to be clean.
