World class hotel in centre of London which won’t break the bank - very competitively priced. The recent negative review of the hotel on YouTube travel channel is unrecognisable to me TBH. I love the attentive staff there - particularly the doormen - great job guys!

Fantastic property. Great Pilates studio on-site (for a fair market price). Gym is good for Europe (no free bars and dumbbells stop at 22kg).
Obviously there is a Nobu restaurant on-site which is one of the very good ones, it has a great chef and portions are on the generous side.
The location is very good: Marble Arches Tube station, less than 10 min walk to Selfridges and other good shopping.

From the second the door is held open for you to enter until the day you leave, you could not be made more welcome.
The staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional. Nothing is too much trouble.
We sat in the bar on Sunday night and went to bed feeling really special.
The rooms are lovely and the whole place is spotless.
The hotel is well placed for Marble Arch and the transport system.
The quality of the hotel speaks for itself but the staff really do make it special.
We would happily stay here again.

The room is very nice, the bed too.
However staff at the Lounge is disastrous and i have waited for my business meeting and my breakfasts for over 90mn. They need to work in speed and staff
