I would say average hotel.

The room is clean and well maintained. It is easy to access to different areas and there are some local eateries.

I enjoyed the stay , exceeded my expectations in most cases except the gym which was under repair for a time and resources could be more . The hotel has got Halal restaurant 21 on Rajah and breakfast items are plenty . Loved their Dosa and Lasaka . Hotel staff were very friendly, cooperative and responsive. Much appreciated to allow me early check in around 7am ! Zhongshan mall is adjacent and having lots of halal eating options . FairPrice and DIY are there for quick shopping. 2 bus stop is just 2/3 minutes waking through mall .

The Urban King room was comfortable and spacious. Pool was very relaxing, and we had an enjoyable stay. The free shuttle to and from Novena was especially convenient! Staff were helpful and pleasant. Will be returning soon.

Staff very helpful. A little too far to access tourist spots - Nearest MRT is a 10-15 minute walk away.

I provided my Marriott membership but they don't let me use it

Every staff at the hotel strives to do their best, with special mentions to Miss Sankary and Mr Zack at the restaurant on West Wing are true guest host stars! Both show friendliness, attentiveness and true care for guests of all ages. Remember our names, conversations and tastes and, in all, make you feel welcomed, special and among friends. Please encourage them to keep delivering their best and reflect that same effort among everyone in your staff. Regards to all, Mario from Guatemala

Standard hotel. Nothing exceptional. Room was small.

Good and decent value for money.

Good location. Very nice to a mall. Lots of FnB options.
