Shuttle not reliable

Only here for 18 hours. Conveniently located close to the airport. Comfortable beds and breakfast was nice before our travels to Homer.

Clean quiet and friendly staff, ask for hidden fees before and after you check in

Don’t stay at this property. Overpriced , Very old hotel, more like a cheap motel , not clean, rooms were worn down and smelled. Staff both in person and on the phone were not friendly - lacked any sense of hospitality or friendliness . First room I was given was being worked on by maintenance . They offered me another room but it was unclean, dirty carpet and smelled like cigarettes- furniture was old and cheap . I ended up cancelled my stay and booked another hotel that was amazing .

Bathroom was clean. Bed skirt was visibly dirty. The room has carpeted floors that are very dirty and do not seem to be vacuumed often or at all.

This place needs a facelift as it appears dated and run down. The Airport shuttle was a nice extra and made it easy since we had just come into Anchorage. We had to look around to find someone to run the front desk and check us in. It seems to be away from downtown and Anchorage amenities but it's easy enough to get an Uber.

Pretty good

Room wasn't ready until 6pm, stayed here for a really early morning flight. At about 10pm cleaning staff was in the room above me cleaning and vacuuming. Mnetioned it to staff overnight desk staff, they treated me like I was too stupid to know what I was hearing.

Very noisy and dirty
