The room we were given was very dirty. Our shoes stuck to the floor, there was someone else’s trash in the room. Obviously the room was not cleaned before we got it. We did get switched to a different but I definitely not recommend this hotel! Oh and the breakfast was terrible!

Stunk

No garbage can in the room. Old squeaky bed with the underneath torn out. Old furniture. Broken lamp. Dirty curtains and windows. Room card didn't work the 1st time. 2x people attempted to enter my room while I was sleeping. Staff woke me in the night to see who I was and why I was in that room. Was traveling through and just needed rest, which I did not get.

Pros: room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There was an elevator, since we were on third floor. Cons: No carport to to park car while dropping off or loading luggage. Loud train horns in the evening and early morning. Breakfast was very basic. Ran out of eggs and no staff around to replace? Homeless people were sleeping behind motel in field behind the fence

Hotel is a dump, dirty, poorly maintained, staff below expectations.

It was good in room.

I chose this hotel based on the price and I liked the convenience of the included breakfast and the airport shuttle. The room however had inexplicable sticky spots on the floor and there was an upholstered chair in the corner that was in terrible condition with deep dark stains. It did not feel like a safe area, there were homeless people hanging out right by the entrance and a tour guide who picked us up there mentioned that we were on the "wrong side of town". I wish I had spent the extra money to stay somewhere a little nicer. I was surprised at the high prices of the area but it was high tourist season and I should have sucked it up a bit more and paid for a better place.

TV didn't work, main SC/heater broken and the window unity to old/loud and right next to pillow on bed. Floor sticky under desk area...other than that, the folks there were nice.

we showed up to check in and saw a drug deal going on in front of the main entrance. there were many homeless vagrants sleeping and sitting on the grounds. the rundown condition of the exterior of the hotel prompted us to quickly look for a different hotel for the night. we luckily found accommodations elsewhere

Ripped sheets - blood stains on the box spring and other unknown stains . Rusty bathtub drain . Low rent hotel . Area is not safe . In need of repairs inside and outside . Shabby unkept look .
