This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. It was very convinient to have a restaurant on site, the onsen was lovely, and there are many unique things to do in the surrounding areas. We will definitely return and stay for longer on our next visit!

とても良い The room was well cleaned, the beds very comfortable except for the extra beds on the floor. If you’re not used to sleep on a futon mattress on the floor, you will find it very hard.
The staff was nice. They delivered dinner and breakfast in our room as they were doing renovations in the restaurant area. Dinner was nice, but for breakfast, we would have wished for a little more fruits, omelet and some kinds of croissant or patisserie.
We were woken up at 6am by a loud music. We wondered if it was from the next door hotel room or if it was a kind of “hotel alarm” to wake up the staff. The walls are thin so you can hear easily what is going on outside. Thankfully, except for this music in the morning, the area was quiet at night so we slept well.

Nice place to stay, about 7min from the JR station. You can use bicycles to the streets and lake. 5 private Onsen facilities for family uses. Recommended.

Close to the train station or bus terminal. Walking there takes about 10 minutes. Good onsen facilities. 4 independent sites for choice.

Room was spacious and very clean, staff very welcoming and friendly, grounds and area around rooms lovely and well kept. The meals were outstanding, tasty, lovely and appetizing in appearance. The staff were so friendly, helpful, yet very professional. Kitty cats and dog were an added attraction
Best onsen we've stayed in and very much worth the cost. Yufuin, is small and walkable, fun place. Would love to revisit!!!!

Hotel is fine ( very good for 2 stars ). They have private Onsens, which is great. Resturant staff were amazing in catering a vegetarian meal(s) for my wife.
