Hotel Caza goes above and beyond to be helpful. All of the staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location perfect!

Fun families games/activities to do instead of sitting in your room in the evening.

The hotel is clean, modern, and well located. Underground parking is available. I can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at Caza Hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. What stood out most was their willingness to accommodate us at the last minute. Despite my unexpected travel needs, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable room and a smooth check-in process. Their professionalism, flexibility, and genuine concern for guest satisfaction made a stressful situation much easier. The hotel is in walking distance to the pier which made our stay more enjoyable. Restaurants, shopping and the Bay 10 minutes away walking distance. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating place to stay.

Towels were not refreshed Garbage was not taken Dirty glasses from bar were not taken Great location!!!
