My stay at The Oberoi was truly exceptional. The property itself is elegant, well maintained, and offers a wonderful sense of comfort and luxury. However, what made the experience truly memorable was the outstanding hospitality and genuine care demonstrated by the staff. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Albert and his team at the Concierge Desk. Their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to assist went far beyond expectations. They meticulously coordinated my medical appointments and ensured that every aspect of my stay was handled smoothly and seamlessly. A special note of thanks to Ramesh, who was incredibly helpful and compassionate throughout my visits to various doctors and hospitals. His assistance with transportation and wheelchair support made a significant difference and was greatly appreciated. I was equally impressed by the warmth and dedication of the hotel team. Minakshi from Room Service consistently provided attentive and thoughtful service, while Shail from Housekeeping and the Bell Desk ensured that my room and overall stay remained comfortable and stress-free at all times. What stands out most about The Oberoi is its culture of genuine customer care. The team does not simply provide service—they create an environment where guests feel valued, respected, and sincerely looked after. Oberoi is always my first choice

I don’t think it gets better than this place. Simply excellent outstanding service. Impeccable rooms and facilities. Breakfast one of the best you can have. Evrything reeks of quality and luxury. The management is at top of there game in hospitality.

beyond my expectation. I have made up mind to stay only with Oberoi if they have the hotel in that city.
