One of the OG hotels if central Bangkok. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Rooms old but good except excessive use of mirrors and mirrored tiles (overuse does NOT make the room seem larger). But all in all you can’t go wrong here!

The hotel is very nice in the ambience is very nice and the staff is very polite and very helpful. We had a free upgrade on our room, which was a nice touch.. The room was pretty big and it being a corner room. We had big windows in our room.. the bed is a little too far for me, but still comfortable enough to sleep. The shower has pretty good water pressure and the water is very hot so you have to be careful or it will scold you.. it's in a great location. It's only a 10 minute walk to Central world mall and also there's a mall across the street called Big C we're on the first floor. You can exchange money and they have the highest exchange rate that I have seen.. in front of the central world mall is like a miniature market, but when I tried the food, the meat skewer and the chicken skewer the meat was too tough to eat so the food is not good at all. It's very cheap quality, but you can buy souvenirs there like hats and T-shirts and things like that which are very cheap.. The fruit is very good especially the watermelon is very sweet there. If you go inside the mall, the food court is on the seventh floor and in the back of the food court you have to pre-pay a card but whatever you don't use that day you get the money back and the food is very, very good there. The pool outside is very nice not very big but it's still very nice and plenty of lounge chairs to go around and the Jacuzzi is very nice and warm.. I would highly recommend this place .

Great service. The rooms are a bit dated, and was unable to control the aircon temp (too cold!), otherwise a good stay. Very convenient & good fitness facilities.
