Everything about this hotel is 5 star. The buffet breakfast and the two restaurants are incredible. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by Kati, a front desk associate, who helped with my seamless check in and throughly explained all the amenities the hotel offered guests. I had several requests of the navigators and the were some of the best in the hotels where I have stayed over the years. The Head Navigator, Mr. O assisted me with finding drivers on a couple of occasions including my ride to the airport after check out. The drivers he found for me cost less than Grab drivers. Then there was Navigator Geo. Everyday he went above and beyond to assist me with all the requests I made of him on how to get around Bangkok or to find a local store for some item I needed. Kati, Geo and Mr. O made me feel more like family than as just a hotel guest. They all greeted me warmly every time I entered or exited the lobby. I look forward to my next trip to Bangkok and staying here and seeing them again!!

The allocated room was not as good as the last few times I stayed there. (1) the facing was not good, my room was overlooking the Erwan mall and the furthest I could see was only Central World shopping mall. (2) The pillows regardless of soft or hard, gave me bad neck ache. (3) The hotel should consider providing a hand soap as part of the amenities. It was not easy to step into the wet shower to get soap just to wash your hands at the sink. (4) The staffs are friendly and courteous and the location of the hotel has easy access to the BTS.

Our family stay of 3 nights was very enjoyable. We stayed in the Club Suite 3 bedrooms and was very happy with the space. Near to BTS station Chit Lom and walking distance to CentralWorld. The service staff were all very polite and nice. Looking forward to staying there again for our next family holiday!

Fantastic hotel to stay in Bangkok.

The breakfast spread was good and the counter staff were all polite and helpful. The F&B director Nr Navin took time to chat with us and asked for feedback on the hotel. It’s our first time staying here but we will come back again because of the warm reception we received.

Great location and wonderful team of service staff. The room was comfortable, although slightly dated.

Hotel is in excellent condition and at a very convenient location in the heart of Bangkok. Easy access to Sky train Chit Lim and Siam stations and shopping malls nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a larger room and higher floor with our Gold membership. Room was clean and impeccable. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok.

Yes the room were clean. The staffs were very helpful & friendly. Especially Mr Navin and Mr Boo who made our stay extra special. The concierge service was exceptional as well helping us to book our day tours as well as attraction tickets.

I have always choose to stay in Hotel Renaissance on my yearly vacation to Bangkok. It would be great if the hotel started to consider about renovations as the furniture and carpet are more worn out.
