Hotel location is the best to explore the Kuromon Market and Dotonbori area. Very tidy and cozy room. Thanks!

The room size is fine, but the TV and other installed items are in the wrong places which makes the room very uncomfortable and hard to move around. The room could be much more spacious if some of the items are installed differently.

Very small room, especially the bathroom. The price was good. The folks were friendly and the location was perfect. No breakfast/food offerings, but self-service laundry was so helpful.

Loved everything about this stay. Hotel is right at the end of Kuramon market. Staff were super nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

Cleanliness and smells good, portable humidifier in the room. Free coffee facility downstairs. We'll gonna stay here again, totally recommendable.

Very convenient location with immediate access to the Kuromon market and other attractions. Clean room and good front desk support. The only downside is that the coin dryer doesn’t dry well on the first try

The hotel located right outside of Kuromom market, fresh seafood, delicious. Inside hotel is very quiet, clean, wonderful customer service, friendly staff. It provides free toilet items. The bathroom is very small, I’m 5’5”, it’s just enough space. Not sure for tall people. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is location, it’s 7-10 minutes walk to one subway station, 10-16 minutes to Namba station. I pretty much walked all the time because it’s only one stop to the popular sights and shopping street.

Place is okay but the employees need to be trained better in CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are only there to work.. they are not there to provide a good service. We will not be back to this place.
