Pretty good hotel. No problems whatsoever. Would recommend to others when traveling to Osaka.

This was my first stay in Japan. Minutes away from Dotonbori walking! Convenient to trains, shopping and so much food. Staff was friendly. Spacious bathroom. Also provided storage for luggage after checkout. Great price, better convenience! Would definitely stay again.

最高 Hotel was nearby everything, from restuarants , convenience stores, and metro stations everything was less than a 10 minute walk. Room was super clean, lots of amenities, and staff was really nice

Location is convenient within walking distance to Dotonbori Street (eateries and shopping) and train stations. Airport Shuttle buses are within 300 meters at Dotonbori Plaza.

Here's a rewritten version:
The staff was excellent and very helpful. One evening, no staff members were on duty, and I couldn't access my room because the keypad had stopped working. I ended up sleeping on the lobby couch, and the staff kindly woke me the next morning to help me get back into my room. They opened the digital keypad and replaced the batteries, which solved the problem completely.
The room could have been slightly cleaner, and I had assumed all Japanese toilets came with bidets—I was mistaken about that. Overall though, it was a great value for the price. Thank you!

Everything was pretty great. Nice staff. Clean common and room areas. Only issue was that my bathroom was the only one without a bidet.
