Hotel was nearby everything, from restuarants , convenience stores, and metro stations everything was less than a 10 minute walk. Room was super clean, lots of amenities, and staff was really nice

Location is convenient within walking distance to Dotonbori Street (eateries and shopping) and train stations. Airport Shuttle buses are within 300 meters at Dotonbori Plaza.

Here's a rewritten version: The staff was excellent and very helpful. One evening, no staff members were on duty, and I couldn't access my room because the keypad had stopped working. I ended up sleeping on the lobby couch, and the staff kindly woke me the next morning to help me get back into my room. They opened the digital keypad and replaced the batteries, which solved the problem completely. The room could have been slightly cleaner, and I had assumed all Japanese toilets came with bidets—I was mistaken about that. Overall though, it was a great value for the price. Thank you!

Everything was pretty great. Nice staff. Clean common and room areas. Only issue was that my bathroom was the only one without a bidet.

Room, including the Building is Clean & Tidy Some Staffs are nice & helpful Room is "small", but it is similar to others in Japan's cities like Osaka Location is Good 5 mins walk to Nagahoribashi Station Noise in Monday morning due to near a construction site

The vicinity is good close to the convenient stores but yhe problem is the room to small

The worst hotel I have stayed in during my 40 years of travelling. Zero sound proofing on rooms. Neighbouring room could hear everything, sounded like a illegal brothel. Did not get 1 minute of sleep all night. Room had terrible smell, visited local convenience store to purchase spray to deodorize room. Walls covered in stains. The only positive thin I can say is the staff were very friendly. DO NOT STAY AT THIS COMPLEX YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.
