Beautiful view of Kokura with the mountains in the background, and the lively city in the foreground. Great location for catching the Shinkansen the next morning.

Great location with indoor access from the station. Lots of stores and dining options nearby. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. Thank you for a great stay.

Conveniently located at the train station and at a walkable distance to main attractions. Property is clean and in good condition. The room was larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, with several in-room little amenities. Breakfast was good. The only thing I initially struggled was finding where the hotel was located within the train station (as there were no signage coming off the train gates) and then the reception, which was not on the first floor or the train station’s floor (3rd) but rather on the 7th floor. More signage would be helpful. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

The accommodation was clean, quiet and very well located.

Such a lovely modern hotel. Decent size room with a view over the station which my husband loved. Good comfortable bed and very clean indeed. Staff spoke excellent English and were so helpful. Great location right by the shinkansen and JR station as well as Kokura itself. Would stay again.

Breakfast is good, but not top of the lines.

It was so convenient on a rainy day to return my rental car and check in to the hotel even in the rain. Then next day bullet train to Okayama also without getting wet on a rainy morning. Great section of restaurants inside the station building and beyond.

Coin laundry is convenient and the location of the hotel is excellent.
