良い Staff service were good
Outlet in the room and the entire hotel had only 2 prong outlet, no adapters available for the guest.
Were told to buy one if I needed to recharge my laptop.

良い We were assigned to the old building which not sure if we were alerted at the time of the booking. With the comparison to the new building, property is definitely worn out a bit. The check in was fast, but the courtesy of the staff, was not as good as other hotels we were staying during this trip.

I understand that amenities can be self-serviced but a tea bag or two in the room or close to the elevator would be nice.
