Bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep. Check out time was better then the rest of the hotel. Bathroom curtain were smelly.

Breakfast was good with lots of variety from western to Japanese dishes. The drink station was excellent with so many choices! I especially appreciated the open free drinks from 1-8pm daily to refresh yourselves after a long day of sightseeing!

Hotel and room are quite dated. Limited amenities and elevator was very dirty. Dirty towel smell in the washroom. On the flip side, the staff were very kind and accommodating. They can extend your stay for ¥1000/ hour till 2pm if you need a hub for a later flight.

One of our favorite hotels! Very clean with very polite, friendly staff. We all got a special amenity bag, including our daughter, who got a special children's bag with kid slippers! They also provided us with a free sewing kit when we had a loose button on our trip. It was close to the subway, and we would definitely stay here again.
