Staff was extremely helpful. Jacobo at the concierge made our stay so enjoyable he made superb itineraries recommendations. He also recommended restaurants and cafés to go and he made the reservations for us. I highly recommend this facility.

最高 There is no better place to stay in Kyoto. The location is SUPERB. The hotel is the most magical place. If all of that was not enough, Yuriko at the the concierge desk provides the most exceptional level of service I have ever encountered. Stay there just for the concierge services. Cannot say enough good things about this property, the entire staff is fantastic, but without a doubt, Yuriko takes the cake!
