Good experience

Holiday Inn’s customer services are next level. They go out of the way to ensure the guests are happy. Even if something isn’t right they are quick to rectify that and make sure it is fixed. I’d highly recommend Hoilday Inn by IHG and would continue to stay with them only for my future travel.

Shabby, not clean. Old property feeling

Best place to stay

The property is average for its price point. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by what I consider a lack of honesty and transparency during check-in. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room both at the time of booking and again during check-in. Despite this, I was assigned a room on a smoking floor and was told it was a non-smoking room. The room itself had none of the usual non-smoking signage, making it clear that it was not actually designated as non-smoking. As a result, cigarette smoke entered the room through the air-conditioning system from neighbouring rooms, and I had a very poor night’s sleep. The following day, the hotel did move me to a room on a genuine non-smoking floor, for which I am grateful. However, the staff continued to insist that the original room had been non-smoking, despite the evidence to the contrary. That unwillingness to acknowledge what had happened was more disappointing than the initial mistake itself. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Clean room

Great place to stay if you’re going with family. They have a nice buffet and the room was great. I did have couple of issues - wrong car sent (sedan instead of SUV that was requested) and power outage in our room (breaker tripped for unknown reason). They promptly fixed both issues.

Great hotel for a quick stay near the airport. Breakfast was great. The pool and gym are very nice but most importantly, the beds are super comfy and you hear NO noise from the outside. Highly recommended!

Altogether it was good, but I would request you to change the tea cups.

Pleasant stay
