This hotel was absolutely amazing, wish we could have stayed longer.
As our travel plans changed we could only stay one night. No one wanted to leave.
Arrived late so unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool as it had already closed.
But we did manage to have a very nice dinner.
Our room was huge with a lovely balcony.
Just loved all the little touches and sheep in the room. Very comfy bed.
Our breakfast was included and we all enjoyed this. One of our friends is coeliac and they were able to offer lots of gluten free options.
Would highly recommend staying at this hotel 10/10

I've never stayed at a 4* hotel so I might be oblivious to things that others consider "normal", but damn that was a nice room! One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel, great shower, spacy room, and air conditioned (seemed to be a luxury in Switzerland, maybe I'm just cheap). The hotel is also close to downtown and is 1 min away walk to an amazing view of the Matterhorn. I was also pleasantly surprised by an included can ride to the train station at checkout.
Absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and maybe stay a couple days so you can enjoy the spa.

Convenient location, clean room and helpful and attentive staff. Generous breakfast spread. Spa, indoor heated pool and sauna facilities were an added bonus!
