As a past hotel employee, I was also taught to check the picture frames to check for dust. There was a good amount of dust on the pictures. Bathroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Pool was great. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Parking was weird because we paid 65 and then across the parking lot was a lot for 25$. It was a nice one night stay.

The hotel was nice. The bathroom was terribly small! It looks like the property is being renovated. It's time. The sheets feel a bit wet for some reason.

Close to everything.

Hotel is outdated and not worth the almost $400 per night.

Great Stay. Perfect area for activities, clean room, and wonderful staff member who showed excellent hospitality and convenience.

Room size

Had a good stay. Hotel was close to public transportation stops so it was easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. The roof top pool was a nice escape in the middle of the city and summer heat.

Don't believe the picture, thats a photo taken from the roof, of a different building. It almost has the pool in it. Reception is bright, new, crisp, white......thats where it ends. Dark and dim lifts and corridors, lifts give no confidence they won't break down as they are older that the rest of Chicago. "Suites" means there are people or families living in this hotel long term, and you can hear them, a lot. While clean, this hotel would otherwise be described as pretty rough. Don't book or attempt the breakfast, its not a restaurant, basically someone's front room, where they've knocked together some awful attempt at food, served in a world of plastic. Location is good, 10min walk to CBD. Price does not equate to the experience. $20 extra per night will get you a far superior experience. Laundry bag provided, laundry service explained at check in, tried to use it...no laundry service, the bag is for you to take your clothes home.

The price point was very good and the room and staff was amazing!!!

Very clean and comfortable. Blue line train right across the road.
