I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your esteemed establishment, the Amari Hotel. Firstly, hands up to your breakfast buffet spread. Daily change in the Asian cuisine menu. Accessible to good eateries and stone throw away to shopping malls. I would like to commend the excellent functioning of the air conditioning system. It maintained a pleasantly cold temperature throughout my stay, which contributed greatly to the comfort of my visit. Additionally, the room assigned to us was notably spacious. This ample space allowed my son plenty of room to play freely, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The room also featured a balcony, which offered a delightful outdoor area to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The bathroom was equipped with basic amenities and included a bathtub, which provided added convenience and comfort during our stay. Most importantly, I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom facilities. The high standard of hygiene truly stood out and reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Staffs were all courteous, polite and friendly from the concierge, security and front counter. In summary, the room at Amari Hotel fit perfectly with our needs, and I would not hesitate to recommend your establishment to others or to return in the future. (Booked for 2 nights grand deluxe King room but was upgraded to Junior suite & extended for another 1 night)

It’s not bad but does not feel like a 5 star hotel.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet!

nice hotel

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is great with shopping malls just across the street. Wide variety of breakfast selections.

Good place to stay! Very quiet and comfortable

I like how super clean the rooms and the whole entire hotel. Indeed it has a five star vibes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again and spread the good news about this hotel.

Amazing unit. Stayed 1 night. Pleasant staff. Great location for JB Central..

Stayed with my hubby from 22 to 24 May 2026. Excellent room, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was scrumptious and satisfying. In Room Dining service, very very good. Just 1 hiccup though, when we called for bell hop service, took more than 20 mins to show up. By which time our transporter had arrived. This is second time we encountered such incident. We are regulars at Amari since 2017, hope this issue is addressed so that we could continue to enjoy our future visits.

Had a pleasant stay at the Amari and was well taken care of by the staff. The aircon at room 1820 needs a little attention though as it is rather noisy at the lowest fan setting.
