最高 Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc.
Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was conveniently located next an indoor shopping area. Loved the bathroom toiletries and robe that were provided. We ordered room service two nights and it was delicious and quick! If we were ever in JB again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned daily. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping malls, Komtar and City Square. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Friendly and helpful team at Holiday Inn JBCC. Makes a difference to the stay there. Could improve on maintaining the room hangers please. Thank you.

Need to top up for guaranteed connecting room. Rooms are basically okay and comfortable enough for family stay but toilet has a stale smell from the drainage.
