This property is in a terrible condition, I felt like I was going to fall through the floor boards in the hall, there is a wet musky smell in the whole building. We requested a spa bath but it didn’t work and there is rotting wood in the bathroom. The free breakfast doesn’t start until 8am which too late. I know this is cheap accommodation but I’m not sure this place should still be operating in it’s current condition.

Parking easy & free is the strongest selling point. Accomm is basic, fixtures old & tired but for this price, this close to the city: you're paying for convenience & no complaints on that front! Rooms at rear of property can hear trains pretty loudly.

Extremely dirty, very run down, neglected. The only plus was its closeness to the city.

You get what you pay for. Parking was ok if you get a spot early. Breakfast was also ok if you get in on time, bacon was hard and beans ran out when I was late. Room was clean, bed was uncomfortable, floorboards in hallway need fixing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I'm about to ring and ask when do I get my key deposit back.

Good location, breakfast was alright but the place is run down and not very clean

Great position for functions and sporting occasions at the MCG. Walking distance and the bonus is the off street car parking and breakfast. Quiet rooms but the decor looks like it needs some professional sprucing up.
