Clean tidy room. Very well appointed. Happy with stay.

Garry at Reception was so helpful and friendly and went out his way to send back my wallet that I left there. Room was great value for money. Highly recommend

We stayed 1 night due to closeness to Rod Laver and knew it was at the budget end of the market. Even so there are several issues. The receptionist was helpful, the airconditioning worked, the safe worked and the sheets were clean. However, the cups and cutlery were disgustingly dirty, the paint is peeling all over, the mirror surrounds were falling off, the mirror is loosing its silvering, the dust was piled thick, the tiles and soap dish have been painted but that is all peeling off. The bathroom window wouldn't close. The mattresses were worn out. The stair carpets are threadbear and a tripping hazard. The sponge/scourer to clean the cups was so full of grease it just made the cups greasy so I had to wash those with my hands. There is mound in the grout around the bathroom sink and in the shower grout. I have taken multiple photos to corroborate these comments.

The location was awesome - we were there for the Boxing Day Test Match.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location close to Tennis and several nice restaurants right onon the quiet block.

Great price great location. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Accommodation, well, you get what you pay for. Will I stay again, for that price, yes.
