The location is great with restaurants and grocery store next door. The staff is great and our room attendant did a great job. The unit itself is oddly arranged and kind of chopped up. The bathroom is difficult to negotiate with the doors and location of sink and tub. There was a constant grinding noise every working day on the floor above which was super annoying. The washing machine is a bit tricky and has to be reset often to open the door. We would stay again if the price is right but it would not be our 1st choice.

I reported multiple issues immediately after check-in because the room was materially different from the listing. The room showed significant wear, including peeling paint, cracked walls, and poor maintenance that did not match the advertised photos. Construction noise began early in the morning and was loud enough to be heard throughout the room. Towels were missing upon arrival, requiring a call to the front desk while I was preparing to shower. The in-room safe could not be used because the key was unavailable, and several restrictions, including a fee for the washer and a two-hour pool limit, were only disclosed after check-in. The most frustrating part was that these problems affected an active stay, where time was critical. Waiting days for the property’s response would have made any resolution meaningless. I appreciate that Hotels.com continued working on my case despite the property’s lack of response. After reviewing my documentation and photos, the support team refunded the remaining unused nights, allowing me to relocate. I especially appreciate the final representative who took ownership of the case and resolved it fairly. I recommend a faster escalation process for travelers experiencing serious issues during an active stay.

Units are outdated. Patio chair was broken. Cracks in the walls. Furniture was old and torn. Fancy bidet Toilet didn’t work. No cooking tools despite having a full kitchenette. Laundry was extra per day, not mentioned in the listing. A big disappointment for Mactan Newtown, but not a lit worse than Savoy or Mercure.

Should have been informed about deposit

Apartment was disgusting, shower ceiling was leaking dripping water on me every time I stepped into the shower and they couldn't fix the issue despite my complaints. Shower was also clogged and wouldn't drain when I checked in. Walls are cracked and the unit is poorly maintained and dirty. Dust on all surfaces and the place is infested with cockroaches - I saw more than 20 during my short stay. Even the fridge didn't work until I got them to fix it. Considering this is supposed to be a "high-end l" apartment, this was a laughably bad stay. Avoid at all costs!

The room was fantastic and very well cooled and the staff was very friendly I have no complaints about my stay, I will definitely be using them again.

Service was topnotch, location was awesome, and the area was perfect for our business mastermind. Will definitely recommend to everyone!
