東急ステイ 渋谷 (Tokyu Stay Shibuya)

It was a very nice property in a good area. There is a little grocery store nearby and some bars/restaurants. It is very close to Shibuya crossing, the train station, and tons of shopping. The room is small but it has everything you need.

The room was simple, but it had everything I needed. It was equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a small electric cooktop, a microwave, and an all-in-one washer and dryer, making it very convenient for a longer stay. The washer and dryer being combined into a single unit was especially useful. I could start a load before going out during the day or before going to bed, and everything would be washed and dried automatically by the time I returned or woke up. I also appreciated that I could opt out of full housekeeping. Instead, they only replaced the towels and collected the trash, which was exactly what I needed. It was actually more comfortable not having anyone enter the room while I was away. It felt more like a serviced apartment or weekly rental than a traditional hotel, which I really liked. It was very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean

Nice place. Rooms small, but that’s Tokyo for you. Long walk from Shibuya station, which is complicated to work out ! Shibuya crossing not to be missed. Incredibly busy. Room needs washing machine instructions fully in English. Tokyo is a great place, but not easy to get around to the various places to visit, and be prepared to do a lot of walking.

Great position but extremely confined room, births best for 3 adults, perfect for 2 or 2 plus a child!

Conveniently located.

Location is good at about 15 mins walk to Scramble Crossing. Early check in was available at a cost of 1,000 JPY per person but late checkout was toppy at 10,000 JPY so we didn’t bother. The coffee availability wasn’t great in the lounge so we had 2 wasted comps. Room was a good size with 2 large singles and enough storage space. Washer/dryer was also in the room next to bathroom which was great. There is some noise from building work across the street. Overall, good value and location.

Cute hotel - close to food and shopping - very clean and cozy - like the that it had a washing machine/ dryer

Great place! The staff were so friendly and it was pretty spacious for Tokyo!

We enjoyed our three nights as the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. A market and several tea are near by. We recommend this hotel.
