Great spot!

Hotel perfectly located near shibuya crossing! Tons of parking nearby and amazing staff!

Hôtel bien situé et pratique. Beaucoup de poussières dans la chambre, nous avons retrouvés des cheveux et des faux ongles. Service de room clean seulement offert aux 7 jours. Les chambres sont équipés d’une laveuse sécheuse.

We loved our long stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya. The location was perfect for us, 5 minute walk to Shinsen station and a 10 mininute walk to Shibuya station. So many excellent eateries in close proximity to this hotel. Outside the main hustle and bustle of Shibuya city center, we enjoyed the quiet location of this hotel. The staff was so nice and helped us with any issues we had. So impressed with everyone we encountered. Having a kitchenette and washer/dryer in the room made our long stay more like apartment living. We cooked in the room (even has an exhaust fan) on many days and the laundry allowed us to pack fewer clothes for our trip. There is a Maruetsu Market across the street from the hotel that has plenty of fresh food offerings that help your food budget. Our room had a small balcony with a door and screen that allowed fresh air (of course the AC worked great too). The night time weather was cool enough during our stay that we slept with the door open on the cooler evenings (we were on 9th floor so street noise was not a problem). The room had two full size beds (4' wide) that could be slid together to make a supersized king bed. There were only two of us so this was more than we really needed. Would have preferred a queen sized bed and a bit more floor space but the flexibility of the additional bed space may work better for more than 2. We would 100% choose to stay here again if we return to Tokyo.

I wouldn’t stay here again. There a problem with the room being so humid that the whole thing smell like feet when I got in there and then after that the whole feeling of staying there was lousy I like the people of course it’s not really their fault but you know it’s better to stay in a nicer place. I think the relative crappy of the motel gave a bad impression for the whole city. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s not any fault of the excellent staff. The rooms had high humidity resulting in stinky feet smell. This is a problem of dehumidifiers and of AC that only turns on if the key card is inserted in the wall. It had the vibe of college student hostels. The smoking area was very poorly lit as well and not ideal. It felt like at afterthought. It’s not a luxury hotel, I know, but man, staying there gave a not so good impression on Tokyo as a whole. Take my advice and spend more for a better place! It’s a motel that I’m not going back to. Breakfast? What breakfast? You get a great coffee but there’s no breakfast there! Forget about it.

Very nice hotel close to Shibuya crossing

A little further from shibuya.center (10 minute walk) but in a more quiet street with lots of wine bars. Washing machine is a big plus.

Stayed here for 8 nights. The property is clise to everything but not in the middle of the “chaos” . The room had a washer which was A+++ .It also had a fridge and a microwave. Super clean . Totally recommend it

Great location , close the main line which saved alots of time. I would recommend this place
