Beautiful property - great views, nice rooms, well maintained, helpful staff, but digitally in the Stone Age. Wifi barely cracks 1-2 Mbps - could not even load an airline website to change flights. Cable tv that constantly freezes on a channel, blurry video when it works.
I've stayed in tiny hotels in remote Peru with blazing fast internet and smart TVs. So it is a shame that such a branded hotel with a beautiful property has such a poor service. Easy fix though.

La estadía gue excelente, con una habitación en excelentes condiciones, muy limpia y espaciosa. Lo más importante para nosotros fue la atención, tanto la recepción, servicio a la habitación, como Johny y Nahum en el restaurante que fueron excelentes en su servicio y su atención siempre ofreciendo la milla extra genuinamente. Estamos sumamente agradecidos de haber conocido tan buenas personas. Lo recomendamos!

Lovely Hilton hotel, it was pretty much what you would expect from a Hilton.

最高 Literally the nicest building in all of Cusco. It was like an oasis. The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was so delicious!
