Was an excellent stay! The airport transfers were super easy and we were able to store luggage for a few days while hiking. The staff was also amazing and helpful whenever needed!

We booked a premium room, but apart from being a little larger, it was no different from a standard room. We were given a small bottle of wine, only to find that this appeared to be provided to all guests and was not a special premium-room benefit. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated. However, there were several disappointments. We arrived for breakfast 30 minutes before the end of service and were not offered freshly cooked eggs. The omelette available was stone cold, and there was no hot milk or even hot water left. Another issue was the heating, which only seemed to operate at certain times of the day. Our room was very cold, and although an extra heater was provided on request, it barely took the edge off the chill. The most worrying incident occurred when I became unwell and staff brought an oxygen cylinder. While they acted quickly and with concern, the cylinder turned out to be empty. This was quite shocking and could have had serious consequences. The kindness of the staff was the saving grace of our stay, but for a hotel offering premium rooms, there are several areas that require attention, particularly room heating, breakfast service, and ensuring emergency equipment is properly maintained. Very disappointed!

The staff were so friendly and helpful our whole stay! The breakfast was great as well. This hotel is in a great location and is walking distance from many restaurants and coffee shops! Would definitely stay here again.

The nice ladies that make such a wonderful breakfast Diana & Edy Luz and the housekeepers Modesta & Fredy all the staff professionalism, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and caring service turned a great stay into an exceptional experience. Thank you all for making guests feel valued, welcomed, and right at home. The staffs are really nice and welcoming! It is a little far from the main plaza, but the environment is absolutely amazing.

Have previously reviewed this hotel. It is brilliant. So clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. The staff are wonderful. So helpful and kind. The hotel stored our luggage while we were on trip to Macchu Pichu and when we returned the luggage was in our room. Could not recommend enough.

Brilliant hotel. Lovely rooms which are clean and well equipped. Staff all excellent. Especially the reception staff. Breakfast very good. Good location in San Blas which 10 min walk to the centre. Sam Blas is a great area with. Lots of good restaurants and very attractive. In Cusco stay here if you can
