The breakfast was very good and the Air Conditioning worked well.

Staff extremely helpful especially welcoming to non Spanish speaking individuals.

The best part of the hotel is the location. They are right off La Ramblas - the heart of Barcelona. The worst part is also the location - not accessible by vehicles for most part of the day. The next worst part is their inflexibility for almost everything - no considerations for customer requests. We had requested a change due to a medical emergency in family - had to cut short out trip and leave a night early - they refused despite requesting this even before checking in. We asked for a room that is more accessible and doesn't have bunk beds - because we traveled with a special needs child. It was already mentioned in the booking notes. Not entertained by them. We then requested them that we are paying for part of the stay we are not even using so give us breakfast credits - not entertained. Secondly, don't book without understanding their hotel structure. They have four different buildings and if you have luggage, you will end up on stairs with the luggage during check in and check out without much help, especially late evenings and early mornings. Rooms are average - not to be fussed about. Breakfast was standard. We didn't use much of their other amenities.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. The breakfast is amazing. Best we've had on our travels. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. Loved the spacious room, staff was great and so close to the Metro stop, which we were jumping on all the time. The old neighborhood where the hotel was situated was really nice too!

AC in room DA did not work well and the room was hot. Staff was extremely helpful and moved us to another room. If you have any issues address it with staff they are very friendly and happy to help!!
