The hotel is nothing like the pictures online. It is old and outdated. The room looks newer than outside but the bedding smelled even after they changed the cover. 3 stars is for the location. For the price I could stay somewhere so much nicer.

Staff are amazing!!!!

Great outdoor view and quiet

Staff is what makes it special. The views are incredible. Rooms have everything you need. Quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. They made us a quick takeaway in the morning as we left early.

Excellent service staffs are so kind and gentle . Very clean room and the view was so beautiful

Arrived at 4.30am, slept and left at midday due to change of plans. Staff were very accomodating and room was really nice.

Towels were hard as rock and feel like sand paper on your skin. Pillows smell like wet dog. Beds were terrible, basically a box spring with a mattress topper! Mountain view from second floor is pretty much non, obscured by the property across the street. Stay in 3rd floor and above for mountain view. Btw, property is smaller than seems in picture. The street in front of the property is narrow with a lot of traffics. One more thing, don’t get the family room on second floor. It is on top of the restrooms on 1st floor and smells like one too, stink! In fact the whole first floor smells weird, they masked with incense. Really don’t know how to explain it.
