Great outdoor view and quiet

Staff is what makes it special. The views are incredible. Rooms have everything you need. Quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. They made us a quick takeaway in the morning as we left early.

Arrived at 4.30am, slept and left at midday due to change of plans. Staff were very accomodating and room was really nice.

Towels were hard as rock and feel like sand paper on your skin. Pillows smell like wet dog. Beds were terrible, basically a box spring with a mattress topper! Mountain view from second floor is pretty much non, obscured by the property across the street. Stay in 3rd floor and above for mountain view. Btw, property is smaller than seems in picture. The street in front of the property is narrow with a lot of traffics. One more thing, don’t get the family room on second floor. It is on top of the restrooms on 1st floor and smells like one too, stink! In fact the whole first floor smells weird, they masked with incense. Really don’t know how to explain it.

this hotel room was beautiful and had the perfect mountain view. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food and coffee were delicious. i got a shampoo/face spa for the first time. the lady was amazing! they also gave advice on when it was a good time to visit. all in all, my 2nd favorite hotel ive gone to in my lifetime

From the moment we arrived, the Praha team was so kind. We had been on the night train, so we were very early to check in. They allowed us to sleep in the spa for a couple hours and then our rooms were ready! When we checked out, they kept our bags for us all day and when we returned to fetch them, they sent us off with goodie bags with water, fruit and yogurt! Such good, genuine people- made the stay so nice.
