Had a large room at the front of the hotel with views of the Sapa hills. Worth a few extra bucks to wake up to that view each morning! The breakfast buffet was great, well stocked and lots of variety. Used the laundry services a couple of times, visited the rooftop pool. The hotel is on the edge of town, it is a 10 minute uphill walk to the centre of town, but there are plenty of grab cars nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

Very good. 2nd time I stayed, I like it very close to attraction like the Moana Sapa., just walking distance..

Fansipan is a comfortable, older hotel with large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet and menu is delicious. The rooftop pool is warm and has great views. The pool deck furniture is mostly wood and does not have cushions, so bring something cushy to lay on. Great views of the mountains.

The staff are friendly and helpful.room nice and clean. But the fridge is only a cooler, and bathroom floor gets very wet and slippery from having a shower.

The staff were less than eager to assist with anything. Breakfast was terrible. There are plenty of hotels to stay at that would have been far more appealing had I not booked online and in advance. This property presents differently online compared to in person.

Polite and very helpful staff. Walk to Moana Cafe and all the picture perfect spots. Nice pool with warm water. Thanks so much.

Internet was good. Staff had a problem finding our reservation (through Expedia) but we eventually solved it. View is good from room. Quiet area. The included breakfast buffet is awful. Sits out from start to end with no heat, flies landing on food. You can order pho or eggs fresh which is better.

Excellent view of the mountain and heated infinity pool

Nice views and that’s about it. Poor breakfast buffet and staff could not manage demand well. Cleanliness was poor, refillable glass bottles for drinking water were not washed and microbial growth could be see below lids. Shower curtains has mildew and mold on them. Washroom exhaust fan was disgusting and not cleaned. Tub drain leaked all over floor. So much potential but poor management and lack of staff training evident.
