Staff was very helpful and the location was very easy for public transport.

Just an average hotel.

Parking was expensive, but they helped me out with my extended stay.

Our stay at the Westin was very enjoyable overall. The valet parking was convenient and efficient, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Breakfast offered an impressive variety of both hot and cold selections, with something to suit every taste. Throughout our stay, the Westin staff provided prompt, friendly, and professional service. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The air conditioning operated quietly and kept the room at a comfortable temperature without any noticeable noise. The only issue we encountered was with the toilet. The flapper chain inside the tank would occasionally catch on the flush lever, causing the water to run continuously until it was manually adjusted. While this was a minor maintenance issue, it would be worth addressing to prevent unnecessary water waste. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily return. The quality of the accommodations, service, and amenities far outweighed this small maintenance concern.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Banff... and while it was fine, I'm not sure it was worth the $500 price tag. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful... that said, the hotel itself is just old. Our room smelled musty (especially if the AC was on) and the carpet was peeling up with a whole line where the carpet had been unraveled and you could see the underlay.

The air conditioner was very noisy and did not cool the room.

The front desk people and the manager went out of their way to suggest and then assist me get a refund as one of the rooms I had reserved through Expedia was no longer needed because my friend Darrin--0the intended occupant--had suddenly died in a fall accident the previous week. I thank the entire staff for their support and compassion in understanding my friend's tragic accident. Thank you. Craig O'Connor

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is well located in the downtown core area. The staff were also very accommodating.
