I We really love this hotel, but the value is becoming hard to justify. The elevator gives a rough first impression, but the rooms themselves are great. Being on Jasper Ave, I completely understand the parking challenges. However, the rates keep climbing we can now get three nights elsewhere for the price of two here. Sadly, we may have to start looking at other options.

The property is under renovation but the suites are comfortable and lovely. There are enough kitchen supplies to make food but paper towels, salt and pepper and dishwasher soap would have been helpful. The suites were in a great location for downtown activities. 5
The building is close to a grocery store and liquor store and many restaurants. I opted for underground parking (additional charge and is actually tight but safe) and was glad I had when I met someone who had their car broken into in the plaza. Being downtown, there are street persons about but I felt safe during the daytime.

Great stay for a girl's weekend. Few renos but didn't impact the room at all. Staff are awesome!

Everything is great. The only thing is their free parking is far from the building. Their closed indoor parking is $20/day. It's expensive. I think they should put this into their description.
