Awesome

Only steps from the train station that puts you in NRT in 15 minutes. That was the primary attraction here. The sento is very limited. No sauna or cold plunge, just one bath that tends to be crowded. The breakfast buffet was fairly limited. The value was quite good. The service is not-so-personal with most services being automated. One very nice plus was the very inexpensive late check out on the day we flew out. All in all it would be a choice for someone who flys into NRT and desires a nice bed the first night. Be aware the rooms are small but the TV interaction is vey helpful and very good climate control.

Excellent location right next to Keisei Narita station which is about 10 minutes train ride to Narita Airport, hotel has shuttle but unfortunately they do not provide any shuttle service between 12 noon and 5 PM but we took the Keisei train, very good Japanese/western breakfast buffet for ¥1600 which is about US$10, hotel has onsen/public bath on the second floor, easy to check in check out also offer free luggage storage if you stay there the night before:)

I've reviewed this place before and I don't wish to restate what I've said elsewhere, so I'll just comment on what's changed since the last time I was here (which was March. '26). **Upsides: *They added a VERY convenient HDMI input to the control panel (then one were you control the AC and lights and all that), which made it effortless to use my Switch on the big TV. *Air Canada 'misplaced' my suitcase for a day; in my day of scrambling to recover from this potential loss, the front-desk people at APA were super-helpful. (I got my suitcase back the next day, btw.) **Downsides: *This hotel used to have 3 vending machines, each selling a different zero-calorie soda. It was lovely...but now there are apparently ZERO vending machines in the building. I didn't check particularly thoroughly (and I only spent two days there), but I didn't find a single vending machine in the building. *The bed was comfortable for sleeping on but NOT comfortable for sitting on. At first I thought I could feel the cross-beams, but then I lifted up the mattress and saw a metal mesh. Either way, not comfortable. This was room 1128, btw.

APA is great, never misses.

Air conditioning turns off automatically when leaving the room which seems eco friendly.

Great service. Great location.

Clean room. Small but convinient. There is space under the bed for luggage storage. Near the train station so super convinient to get to the airport.
