良い We were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji several times during our stay which completely made our stay worthwhile, the hotel had excellent views. The rooms were nice, basic but a good size. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee (they sold coffee in the shop). The ensuite was very basic but had a decent shower. The hotel did provide kimono’s in the room for use during our stay. The half board option was okay, the food choice was limited dinner and breakfast. The food was well labelled with allergy information however, breakfast was until 0930 but they started cleaning up just before 0900 which included the labels (therefore if you have an allergy it was more like Russian roulette).

The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly.
The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly.
There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden.

We really enjoyed our stay! The onsen was amazing, and we enjoyed the Japanese style room. The food was very good both for dinner and breakfast, and had allergens clearly labeled, which was very helpful. We were very satisfied with the value of our stay and I would love to stay here again in the future.
