It’s was ok, I don’t feel like I got to room I booked…. The bathroom could of been cleaner, there was a lot of noise from outside and the windows didn’t keep it out unfortunately, good close location to the train station but also a lot of crack heads walking around ( that’s not fault of the hotel)
The staff was nice but the rooms could do with some TLC but for the price it was fine, WiFi was good

There were cockroach(!) in the bathroom. I took a video, got my money back, and went to another hotel.

The positives: staff were great, location was close to transportation and shops, and I didn't hear much noise from other guests or outside. The negatives: some of the furniture was quite worn, the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy (but not unsafe), and I had to ask for a kettle as there wasn't one in my room.

The hotel is very close to the Frankfurt main station with easy access to trams and central Frankfurt is within walking distance of 15 - 20 minutes.
Overall everything about the hotel has been excellent from check-in to House keeping service.
Already booked the same hotel for my next trip.

The hotel haa clean lobby, check-in was easy. The room was tidy but no complimentary coffee in the room. The bath towels smell some mildew. Only toiletries complimentary was soap
