Property was clean, comfortable and well located within walking distance of the train station.

It was very hot in Frankfurt. The room was supposed to be air conditioned. It was quite warm in the room which made for an uncomfortable stay.

Room was clean, but the lights didn’t work, bottom of tub was broken, just felt really old and in need of a refresh.

Great value hotel close to Frankfurt central station. Good big room with ensuite bathroom. Kettle in the room. Amazingly quiet for the location.

This was a very nice property! It was quiet, comfortable, and an easy walk to the main train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here!

Location..... Neighborhood has flaws but Hotel is priced right.

Close to everything and clean

We were greeted warmly at the reception desk. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We stayed here because of the positive reviews and proximity to the train station and to the Opern Platz where we hoped to spend the evening. Unfortunately the weather was too hot to venture out, so we enjoyed the comforts of the hotel. Thank you!

Great place to stay for us keep close to the train station to leave early the next day.

The room was incredibly clean, the staff is wonderful, but the hotel is located in one of the most dangerous areas in all of Frankfurt. The hotel could benefit from Security or more diligence as there are people directly outside the door doing drugs and asking for money it feels very unsafe and honestly scary. There are homeless people using the bathroom immediately out the door and they follow you, and the hotel is located in the red light district so many of the people who use it are participating in those acts.
