This is amazing value for money and a great location near the airport, on the beach, with a decent outdoor swimming pool ideal for sunsets. The price was so good that we booked it for an afternoon and evening ahead of a 2130 transport to catch the 0035 flight home. We got the garden-view king suite so that we could all have showers, a dinner and some drinks ahead of our flight - it made a real difference to all our moods ahead of the flight.
The staff, as ever in Bali, were helpful and very pleasant. The meal was very western-friendly and, despite a very busy Friday night, the delays were handled with grace. For an airport hotel (with free hotel transport every hour on the half-hour) I'm not sure you could find much better.

Everything was excellent except for the service provided by the photography team. They took our pictures and my husband had to chase up with the photography team there. They took the money and when my husband messaged on WhatsApp, they saw the message but didn't reply.They replied after 3 days. The photo was seem like was edited in rush.We had no issues with hotel staff ,service, food and amenities. All awesome except, the photography team led us down.

We loved our clean and spacious family room and the beautiful outlook over the gardens from the balcony. Could even see the beach. The buffet was perfect and staff were lovely. Our boys loved Sugita and a highlight was the soccer pitch. We loved our time here. Will be back! 🌴🌺

Lovely resort which was just by the beach.
The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained but there were noisy motorbikes around the perimeter close to the beach.
The staff were very pleasant and made a lot of effort to facilitate our stay. The rooms were tidy and modern .
The breakfast buffet was geared more towards the Asian palate.
The half-board package had limited options in the restaurant menu.
Overall the resort is good but 10 days is a long time to spend in one resort in Bali.

Wonderful hotel with charming structures and looks authentic, not cookie cutter. Beautiful pools, beach is a few steps away. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was modern and spacious. Great stay! Wish it were longer!

最高 Rooms were clean with comfortable king sized bed, staff were extremely helpful. Had a nice view over the pool and ocean and breakfast was fantastic. Made my stay extremely enjoyable 😁
