Great property with amazing food and beach view!

Super comfortable hotel. Ideal for kids and lovely staff

The renovation noise was utterly deafening, but it was communicated beforehand. We just didn’t expect it to be so loud and constant. It’s impossible to swim and lounge in the area with the renovation going on. Anggi from reception made my stay. Thoroughly helpful, accomodating and solved all our problems.

Staff are exceptional, the best I have ever experienced in 20 years of travel. Prime location, attached to shopping centre with many top shops and restaurants.

The staff were really nice and polite as well as professional. The room was clean and housekeeping did an amazing job and especially we would like to say thank you to Diva. The Sheraton Kuta was excellent located next to beachwalk shopping mall and easy for food and shopping. We definitely will back!

What I liked... Location and it's attachment to the Beachwalk Mall. My room was the garden view so it was quiet What turned me off... Even though it was close to the beach it wasn't on the beach and you had to cross a main busy road to access it and the beach is hectic. The blackout curtains allowed light in from the bottom (photo attached) No room service menu on the TV and no card was available in the room I had to ask and it was made available. The TV didn't allow streaming and the TV and it's remote and finding channels was very challenging - I suspect due to it being old. Shower drainage was very poor and water was up to my ankles during a short shower. The bedsheets were clean but felt like crepe I doubt they were cotton and the mattress wasn't cosy at all. The phone was filthy and the pool didn't look particularly clean for me so never used it. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. My room service dishes stayed outside my door for over a day before they were collected. The spa package I got however was the only highlight for my stay here. I was disappointed by my own choice to stay at this hotel for many reasons and I doubt t I will ever use it again.

The staff were amazing, caring, attentive and ever so kind. The property is looking tired and out dated, it was a shame that little things were not fixed like the shower shelf had been removed and not replaced, the bed had a missing patch and not repaired. The pool is only small however it was quiet so only a few people there. The breakfast was great, good selection of foods from around the world. Egg station was slow to turn out. The cocktail making class was great for $10aud. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly staff. If you are going to Bali this is the hotel must stay.
