Wonderful location and property!

I was offered a bottle of sparkling wine in Expedia when I booked the hotel however there was nothing like that in the room. When I told the front desk, they directly gave the bottle to me.Not in the bucket with ice.. just a bottle of sparkling wine in a room temperature. I took it but that’s not what I expected.

Great location close to train station made it easy to walk to many important points.

Lovely hotel friendly staff would stay again

I was disappointed in my stay at this hotel. Great location but that was it. We had a room that might as well be down a rabbit trail. Very little signage, one elevator was not working. When I asked for a map to show the best route to our room, they did not have one nor did they offer to assist us. Wasted precious time trying to get to and from our room. Should have left a bread crumb trail. Finally, the TV did not work. They offered us free breakfast to compensate but alas we had an early train so breakfast was not an option. No alternative was presented.

Fabulous, clean, well appointed, seems newly renovated property that is 5 mins walk from the train station and right along the main drag. They had a great set up for my family of 3.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean room. Thank you for the complimentary champagne bottle in the room. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had.

Very clean and well kept hotel. King bed room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very short walk to Waverly train station. Less than 5 minutes. For tram to airport, we got on at St Andrews station which is about a 10-15 minute walk. Hotel is very close to old town. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. Breads, fruit, cereals, and standard buffet items.
