Room was clean but very claustrophobic, no place for 3 person and the luggages. Was hard to move in the room that is described as “sleeps 5”. Location is great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to get around.

Property is very outdated and not really in the good way. Feels like an old motel. But it is atleast much much cleaner than an old motel. It is a very convenient location. Very close to odori park and the shopping areas. There is also a bus that goes directly to new chitose airport a couple of blocks away. I stayed at 6 different hotels my last stay but this one definitely felt the least premium. Lots of wear and tear noticeable all over the property. Also I was on the second floor which has the microwave on it. So there's alot of traffic on that floor and you can even hear the microwave humming and the alarm when it is done cooking. The view is not too bad from the second floor though.

It was okay, close to main things.

Friendly staff, clean room, delicious buffet. A clean place, reasonably priced! What more can one ask for?

Do not book your family here unless you are willing to expose them to the “red light” district of Sapporo. Otherwise a decent hotel with reasonable accommodation.

The property was nice and the staff was great! We had breakfast included which I didn't notice or expect in the reservation. The room itself, while clean, the air felt a bit musty like the room hadn't been aired out. They had a deodorizer bottle which immediately took care of that problem. Everything else was good. Separated from the immediate chaos of night life but close enough to get there walking.

The condition of the rooms did not match the pictures advertised on the website. The air conditioner in my room was loud, it took a long time to cool the room, the air conditioner had duct tape on it. Also, the carpet in the room was stained. The furniture was outdated. The staff was nice but unable to get me a new room after i expressed disappointment in the room i was given. The location is good as it is close to everything.

This hotel reminds me of the movie The Shining. Very classic Japanese American looking property.

The staff kindly held our luggage until check-in time, which was a nice convenience on a busy morning. The building is a little dated, but the room and bed was quite comfy. The location, in the heart of the Odori area and close to the subway and streetcar was perfect.
