Great family-friendly hotel. This was our 2nd visit here & both times were excellent. I highly recommend making reservations at Los Agaves, Cocoa & MakiTaco for dinner. The dinner is included as all-inclusive but reservations are limited. You can book beginning at 8am 1-day in advance thru the hotel app. Bartolomé & Alfredo were top-notch waiters. Very friendly, pleasant & extremely patient with us & our kids. They made the experience a special memory. Dali, the hostess, always had a welcoming smile. The food at all three places was amazing and perfectly plated. Definitely a step above offerings at the buffet hall. The ladies at the Coffee & You coffee bar were also very pleasant & patient with the kids and I as we ordered multiple ice cream & coffee options. The hotel is conveniently located next to the port for the Ferry to Isla Mujeres which is a quick 30-minute ride for a quick afternoon trip. The pirate ship excursion included with the hotel was fun for both adults & kids. Ana was our waitress onboard & I was extremely impressed by her patience as many passengers asked for drinks & food all at the same time. She had a smile the whole time and offered to accommodate special requests. The beach water was calm & crystal clear in the mornings. It turned a little more green in the late afternoon with the heat of the day so I recommend beach-swimming earlier in the day. As others had mentioned, there are many representatives offering timeshares but staff was polite.

Over all nice resort and friendly staff. Downside is the large children’s area is tucked away within the kids club area do there is almost zero seating near pools

Clean room, nice resort & family friendly. Food wasn’t all that great.

Can’t actually make any restaurant reservations. Buffet line and food is worse than your local Chinese restaurant. pool looks like an ant pile of people. Worst resort we’ve ever stayed in. I think it would be good for a family that’s from the area that wants a quick weekend getaway. But it’s not even remotely close to any type of luxury stay.

Lo único rescatable es la playa con muy poco sargazo de ahí en más no vale la pena 😒.!

No se embarquen es terrible reservas grand oasis Palm Y te dan otro hotel llamado Sens porque reservas por expedía y aparte de esto tu todo incluido lo recibes en grand oasis Palm debes caminar hasta el lugar las habitaciones son horribles las gavetas todas flojas la ducha sucia y no funcionaba las luces quemadas y parpadeaban como una disco las lámparas no funcionaban terrible el peor engaño y la recepción nunca ayudó y el servicio al cliente tampoco nos dieron solución

Un engaño total reservas una cosa y te dan otra ala llegada pagas por grand oasis Palm y te mandan a hotel Sens a y para colmo el hotel Sens no tiene todo incluido debes caminar hasta el oasis Palm para obtener lo que pagaste una decepción.
