Wasn’t what I expected it to be. They were what it seem under some what construction it seem that some staff would get annoyed when asking for help or asking them questions or let say when we were at the restaurant and ask for a drink they would not even bring the drink and seemed annoyed. I know they work hard and long hours but we have to remember if we work with the public is something we choose to do. But I stay at the Grand Park Royal 4 years ago and the service there was also the same where they weren’t polite or helpful at all. Also very rude

The staff and service was great. The food could be better, it was not a good selection and made eating there for a week very difficult.

We had a okay stay at this hotel. The food could be better, when I made the booking, it said that the hotel had 4 restaurants, but it turned out it was only 2. Also I slipt and fell 2 times once in the buffet and once infront of our room because there were spills that wasnt cleaned up! The room was clean but it had a terrible smell, specially in the bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly.

Our stay at Park Royal Beach Cancun was excellent and met all of our expectations based on the reviews we had read from previous guests. While the buildings are not the newest or most modern, the resort offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff, whose friendliness and outstanding service more than make up for the property’s age. They genuinely made our experience memorable.

Nothing against the resort, 2 of the restaurants were under renovation.

Nice beach access, but without the seaweed. Rooms needs updates badly, more pool chairs need to be added. It is family friendly. Overall it is a decent place to stay for an all inclusive hotel.

Beach access was amazing. Waiters and bartenders were super friendly.

The resort was well maintained. Dining options are very limited and not the best. Room service is not offered. Family friendly resort with promise.

The staff is good

I thought the place was beautiful! The food was okay , but there weren’t many options and it was very repetitive. I had to contact them twice to fill my mini fridge and my shampoo containers . The room was nice , cleaned everyday . My main issue was def the food . The beach location was absolutely beautiful! Make sure you check out and give them The bracelets back lol
