The Hotel is close to City centre you can walk around 15 minutes but g building but you if you want use swimming pool and sauna you have to pay the staff are helpful

Beautiful hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including gluten-free choices. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

On our arrival on a Monday at 6 in the afternoon every restaurant / lounge was closed either for a special event or just a Monday. It was literally impossible to grab a bite to eat or an alcoholic drink so we were forced to find a restaurant a block or two away. Breakfast was extremely well organized with a wide variety of menu items. We did find both the Hop House and Biergarten very nice with decent menus and responsive, friendly staffs.

I have made an error and booked my one night stay by mistake, so I showed up after 12 h flight to check in and found out that my check in is a day later, they would not change my date and I was forced to find a different hotel, so I didn’t get to stay at Hilton, since I had a flight to catch next day…

Good

Nice hotel, quite big. Food was decent and good choice of drinks. Breakfast was very busy everyday. Disappointing thing was we were expected to pay for gym extra, even though when booked it was supposed to be included, would advise to check. Wasn't end of world but was going to fill couple hrs.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Fresh omlet station was a big hit. It’s a very large hotel so keep that in mind. But there’s parking and it’s very conveniently located. I would def recommend it!

Beautiful building inside and out. Professional friendly and helpful staff

Perfect location for myself who was visiting Prague for 3 nights as someone that wanted a peaceful stay but close to old town. Staff were really helpful, girls at the restaurant, breakfast time and dinner time , especially were very polite and helpful. There was building work in the atrium but as the reception kindly gave me a room higher up this did not bother me. The only criticism I have is there was two different egg stations making omelettes, neither was vegetarian. Ham was being put in the same pans as for non ham omelettes, and when enquired, they said there was no fresh pans. Sadly did not get an omelette
