Centrally located hotel in a historical building . Pros : excellent staff ,good beds ,AC and bathroom, Nespresso in the room, indoor heated 20 m pool. Con : small old gym without good ventilation

SO fabulous. One of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The historic building is stunning but the room was still modern and comfy, and spotlessly clean. I wasn’t super impressed with the breakfast (though the live harp music was stunning) and also hated that kids weren’t allowed to swim after 6pm, but the hotel was still amazing. Wonderful location too!

Lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Pool area is really nice and a great asset. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and good quality food. The hotel is a little tired in areas and could do with a revamp, but this really is a small point. It’s located in a good area for exploring Prague, slightly away from the very busy areas and so quiet enough to not be disturbed at night. Would recommend if staying in Prague.

Great location if you are going to take the train to other locations, the train station is literally across the street. Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff. Edward was so nice and helpful he took my airplane pillow and got it clean for me. The breakfast was delicious and loved the harpist playing while you enjoy breakfast. The only thing I didn’t love was our room, they put us in a part of the hotel that was far away. The room looked like I was staying at 3 star hotel. The price we payed didn’t match the room. I was only staying 1 night, but if I would have stayed there longer I would have asked them to move us. Make sure they don’t put you in that new wing that looks like was added after construction. But everything else was great, beautiful hotel.

I've stayed in many NH hotels and this particular hotel was not up to the standard of what I would expect from NH collection. The rooms were very run down, carpeting filthy, etc. However the lobby, breakfast, hotel staff were up to speed.

Air conditioning not working at all - on the hottest day of the year. Piano player in the lobby requires a mute button or someone needs to remind him he's playing in a hotel lobby, not Wembley Stadium! Very frustrating having to shout at the receptionist, when checking in, to make yourself heard. Overall, for the cost of this hotel, extremely disappointing
