Excellent hotel and great location

Perfect

Love it

I stayed there for a week. Location, Location, Location..... easily within walking distance of most attractions. They are in the process of updating, which is needed. However, it is well maintained. I was aggravated with staff. I had a pizza delivered. Due to needing a key card for elevator use the staff did not allow delivery to my room. That's understandable. But they failed to bring it to me or contact me that it was there. I had to walk down and it was just laying on the counter for anyone. They do have a North and South portion of the hotel that mirror each other, I didn't know that. I entered the wrong one by following Google maps and when I went to where my room was I thought I was pranked due to my room number not being there. If I went back to Washington for same reason, I would stay there again.

The price was awesome considering the large size of the room with a kitchenette & location. And the staff were very friendly & professional.

Everyone was super, nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Clean room, nice amenities. Staff is there to help.

Hotel was nice and clean. However, left a book with very important documents and when I went back they were not helpful at al! Not found in lost and found.

Our room was really big with the separate room for kitchen. We were up early, but they had construction starting at 7am, so no sleeping in :)
