とても良い家族と滞在
The breakfast was very good and the room was wall-to-walled bed. We had no standing room and it was crowded space with a toilet being the only seat. It's mostly a Muslim area, but everyone was very nice. The greatest feature about the location where the stores that were just a few yards away, and the tram was right there, and the staff was really so nice and polite and helpful.

Staff were friendly both checking in and checking out. Needed something printing and they were more than happy to help which doesn’t go unappreciated. Room was nice, beds were comfy. Was a noisy group outside late at night but no fault of the hotels of course we chose to have windows open. Location was superb right by the tram which made getting into central Amsterdam easy.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient access to public transportation. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is clean, and the beds are very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay

少しがっかり I booked this hotel while in Amsterdam, the advertised location was in the Jordaan neighborhood. When I arrived, there was a different hotel in this exact same location and this hotel was actually a 30 minute drive away. When I reported this, the hotel refused to refund my money. So the hotel may be great, but I knew it made it there.

The hotel is located just outside Amsterdam, close to the tram, so it's easy to get downtown. The hotel room was ok, not too big but enough space for two. The only complaint we have is that there's no aircon so the room was too hot during the night.

Overall location was ok, tram next door and right into downtown Amsterdam in 20 minutes. Hotel staff were excellent. Didn’t do the breakfast but it seemed typical and nice. The room was clean but the twin beds were too soft for me and I would feel like I was rolling off the edges. The pillows had blocks of foam instead of a solid pillow so I just couldn’t get comfortable. There is a light under the front step near the door that stays on all night unless you take your key card out but then you can’t charge your stuff overnight. The floor gets really wet in the bathroom because the half glass shower divider isn’t big enough. These were annoying enough that I wouldn’t stay there again but everyone else seemed happy 😊
